Merlin Street Films (MSF) is a production company founded by Detroit native, Tariq Topey. Tariq graduated from Grand Valley State University, with a degree in Film and Video Production. The goal is to build the MSF brand into the go to place for high quality photography, video, graphic design, films and more.
